The easiest and most craveable dessert you'll come by this week

Overall Time:1-1:30 hour

Prep Time: 30-40 Minutes

Cooked Time: 40-45 Minutes

Oven Temperature: 350 Degree Fahrenheit / 177 Degree, Celsius (first step)

Ingredients:

Frozen:

-Pre-made puff pastry

-Frozen Berries (your choice)

Produce:

-Mint

-Lemon

-Orange

Dairy:

-Heavy Cream

Other:

-Sugar

STEP-BY-STEP:

  1. Preheat oven to the temperature according to your pre-made dough package

  2. Cut the dough into the shape you want to eat, could be a heart or circle but I picked rectangles

  3. Spread on a parchment lined sheet tray and sprinkle with a lot of sugar

  4. Put into the oven for the time specified on your packaging (it took mine around 40 minutes at 350)

  5. While your pastry is cooking: chiffonade your mint (roll into log and cut into thin ribbons) add mint, frozen berries, juice of one orange and ½ a lemon to a pan and cook down until syrupy (medium low heat)

  6. While your pastry is cooling, make your whip cream by adding 1 cup heavy cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 teaspoon of sugar to a stand or hand held mixer (or do it by hand if you are super strong or bored)

  7. Add your fruit to a bowl top with your puff pastry and whip cream
